DESCAMEX is a company founded in 1980 by Mr. Domingo Muguira Revuelta, being the first decaffeinating plant in Latin America, we have been perfecting our processes to achieve a first quality taste, aroma and consistency, for these reasons we are worldwide recognized as Mountain Water Process.
We have consolidated a great work force team, supported with top of the line technology available in the industry, obtaining the best quality and yield out of the coffee beans, achieving decaffeination that exceeds 98% extraction by water , our water extraction process was patented in 1987 and certified as Organic since 2003 by OCIA (Organic Crop Improvement Association) under the programs:
